As many of our pieces involve delicate fabrics, embellishments, and sizing variations, we encourage you to review the guidelines below before making a return or exchange request. Our Promise, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within reasonable conditions that ensure fairness for all customers.
Exchanges (Recommended Option):
We encourage exchanges instead of returns, especially for sizing issues.You may request an exchange if:
*Item is unused, unworn, unwashed
*All tags and packaging are intact
*Request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

*Different item of equal value
Exchange Policy for Online Orders:
Online purchases can be exchanged at Aaria Creations Powered by DesignManthiraaz Singapore physical store within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please make sure that your item(s) are unworn, unaltered and still have the tags intact. Exclusions
1. Items such as jewelry, accessories, lifestyle and gifts are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
2. All product(s) sold at marked down prices are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
3. All full priced product(s) sold with promotional codes in which the terms attached to such promotions have been stated that exchange, refund and return is not allowed, are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
4. All product(s) procured pursuant to any giveaways or contests shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions and are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
Once an exchange for an online order has been made, it cannot be further returned for Store Credit.
Exchanges can only be made at our stores. If you are unable to visit our stores, please opt for a return instead. You will be refunded in the form of store credit, which can be used on your next purchase.
Return:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery or collection with a valid return request. Please register your return before dropping it off, as we cannot process your Store Credit without it.

2. Include:
*Order number
*Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)
3. Wait for approval before sending the item back Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
*We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Please note:
For returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria, we will unfortunately have to reject the request. In such cases, a return fee of $5 will be charged to cover the courier arrangements from our warehouse back to customer Reimbursement & processing time Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7-10 business days after it has been dropped off. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
